Your driver will hold a sign with your name or company name at the concourse, customs exit, or baggage claim — or any spot previously discussed. A courtesy SMS will be sent confirming their location and any instructions to help both parties meet.

We understand that items can sometimes be left behind in our vehicles. If you believe you've left something in one of our cars, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the item and details of your journey. We will do our best to locate your item and arrange for its return.
Charter service keeps the vehicle and driver with you on an hourly basis — fully at your disposal for the duration of the booking.

A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location within the allotted grace period without prior cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full trip rate as if the service had been completed, including all applicable fees, gratuity, and the Standard Transportation Charge (STC). No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted fare. Same-day cancellations are charged at the full rate.
Complimentary wait time is included for all airport pickups: 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals, measured from the scheduled arrival time. Additional wait time beyond the grace period is billed at the prevailing hourly rate, pro-rated in 15-minute increments.
All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, gratuity, and the Standard Transportation Charge (STC). Prices shown are estimates; final charges may vary based on actual route, traffic conditions, and additional wait time.
Services are provided within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties and the Florida Keys. Travel outside the designated service area may incur additional mileage fees, quoted at the time of booking.
execPRIVE is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Reasonable efforts will be made to return found items; however, recovery is not guaranteed and a retrieval fee may apply. execPRIVE's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to execPRIVE services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
